Your new job
As one of five managing directors include you in the municipality's management team. With this comes a responsibility to promote a holistic view on the economy, human resource policies and long-term planning. As head of administration work, you have the overall responsibility for the social unit and adult education and refugees. You have the mandate to lead and develop the business based on political decisions. In your main duties include responsibility for the administration's goals are met and evaluated.
