The role with us
As Construction Manager (Construction Manager) leads you directly during business manager, manufacturing, together with our local managers. The work involves regular contact with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. You provide active support to site managers and supervisors and is responsible for the allocation of resources between sites along with business manager.

Your experiences
We are looking for has a number of years of experience in the equivalent position in the industry or know that it is time to step into the position as Construction Manager (Construction Manager). You can run a number of construction projects at the same time, has great leadership skills and a positive orientation with an interest in developing employees. You have been accustomed to financial responsibility and a high technical skills. You find it easy to create and maintain good relations both internally and externally.

Your qualities
You have both a technical and economic approach that assigned projects are carried out with maximum productivity and profitability. You are responsible for implementation of assigned projects from planning to delivery. You seem to drive the organization forward and likes to lead and inspire your employees. We also believe that you have a customer-oriented approach and are skilled at creating and maintaining good relationships. As a leader and manager, it is important that you feel comfortable with our core values - Honesty, Trust and Respect - and that you are a role model when it comes to live by them.

Form of employment is to proceed with placement in one of our Business Manager groups for House in Uppsala. Your work is focused on our business in the county of Uppsala. You deleted from our office in Uppsala.
