We are offering a challenging position, the opportunity to grow with us.Responsibilities:- Consolidation of technology strategy: Map Software Middleware technology roadmaps to understand the dynamic industry. Focus on the essential, value points of core network platform software middleware technology.- To identify software middleware technological threats and opportunities in a fast changing environment and plan necessary distinctive technological competences and capabilities to establish and maintain competitive advantage.- To create a vision of the future by looking at possible future needs, opportunities and threats and deciding what should be done now to make sure that we are ready to theses challenges.- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with carrier customers for the purpose of platform technology planning.- Collect information to be able to structure and analyze customer requirements, competitors’ platform, as well as technological and industry trends.- Decisively contribute to Huawei’s core network platform software middleware evolution for both the short and mid term.Qualifications; - More than 10 years direct experience with a proven track record within a well-known international telecommunication equipment vendor. - More than 6 years experience from software middleware technology management within a well-known international telecommunication equipment vendor. - Skilled in the wireless core network PS, CS and IMS technologies.Education;- Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.
