Group Manager

Our client is a global company that develops electronic components. The company is represented in Europe, USA and Asia, has about 6,000 employees and annual sales of approximately $ 1.6 billion. The unit in Sweden has about 80 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 200 million. The business consists of developing hardware and software, application systems and production.

Now we are looking for a team leader in charge of the group that develops hardware. As team leader you will be responsible for managing and allocating resources in the different projects that exist. You will also be operationally included in the group, which means both the design and development of electronic components in the hardware. The company's project consists of design and upgrade of existing products and also in client-specific assignments. The group will also be a resource pool of global development. You will get personnel for 3-4 people.

You have a relevant academic qualification and extensive experience in product development in electronics and hardware. As a person you are driving with great leadership skills and you have the ability to enthuse others. A passion for technology and development, we see that for granted!
