Head of Unit for an eye center in Dalarna
LD Help food mission is to use an interpreter service, re / habilitation and means to contribute to the best possible living situation for persons with disabilities. We are fr.om******in health administration, and interact with Dalarna 15 municipalities. The contract also includes informing the people of Dalarna about accessibility. We are about 160 employees in LD aids, including 15 in the eye center.
In the eye center, we work in teams with the habilitation and rehabilitation for people with vision loss at any age. The team consists of optometrists, occupational therapists, social workers, assistant and medical secretary.
Our current chief moving on to new challenges outside the Dalarna County Council and now we are looking for someone who is interested to operate the device further development.
As unit manager, you are responsible for the operations of the unit and the quality and development. You have a strong employer and personnel. The mandate includes responsibility for the unit's finances are in balance.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a university or college educated and have experience and a keen interest in re / habilitation. You have previous managerial experience with staff and budgetary responsibilities.
Emphasis is placed on personal fitness. As a person you are results-and goal-oriented and willing to take responsibility for the integrity of your mission.
Since we have a client-centered approach, we the customer first. We are an eye clinic that is constantly working on improvement and development.
We are itinerant in the county why you must have a driving license B.
