HSB Skåne looking for Project Manager
In this service, you work with renovation and maintenance projects and maintenance planning.
Tasks
The work is essentially one for clients and for our own properties:
* Administer the processing of existing computer-based maintenance plans
* Perform maintenance inspections
* Establish new maintenance plans
* Initiate and be responsible for the project in the redevelopment / refurbishment as well as in maintenance projects, from start to finish.
* Responsible for the preparation of specifications and construction documents
* Procure contractors and contracts
* Responsible for project and construction management
* Ensure that projects are undertaken in line with expectations
* Responsible for time, quality and economic frameworks.
* Be the liaison with our housing associations, other customers, authorities and suppliers.
Qualifications
We expect you to have construction engineering education at least secondary education and experience in the construction process all parts. You are well established in the construction and real estate. You have experience in maintenance, renovation and rebuilding projects in the housing sector. Earlier work on condominium projects is an advantage, especially where you have been responsible for the entire process. Experience of maintenance planning is also an advantage.
Professionalism is a key word in the HSB also has humility and prestige. Leadership experience is an important piece of the puzzle to have the ability to understand and respond to customers' needs through a natural and trusting dialogue. The work is independent, responsible and development where you are in an expansive and stimulating work environment.
The work area is where HSB Skåne, ie, in almost the whole county and includes 17 municipalities, with field offices in Lund, Eslöv, Ystad, Hässleholm and Kristianstad. Location of service is Lund. Driving license is required. The service also includes some evening work in the form of board work.
