Tasks
Infra Nord AB area is looking for a Maintenance Area Manager, based in Östersund. In the role of Area Manager you will be responsible for Infra North's maintenance operations at our workshops in Ostersund and Boden. One of your primary responsibilities are to lead and develop the maintenance of workshop staff groups. Furthermore, you are a financial liability and an overall responsibility for maintenance activities whose missions are primarily to entertain Infra Nord Group's rail-mounted machines. You are part of maintenance management and will also work closely with the other three area managers. Area manager reports to the Head of Maintenance.

Qualifications
We expect you to have university degree or other educational background or skills / experience that can be considered equivalent. We prefer that you have experience in the maintenance industry. In addition, you have an interest and experience in operational lead a staff, you should be able to take advantage of employees' experience and skills and make them grow in their work. You will have an economic mind and a good strategic skills. You find it easy to collaborate and ability to establish good relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Good knowledge of economics is required. Good IT skills and an ability to express yourself well orally and in writing. As a person, you are service oriented and have a good sense of order. You have the ability to work holistically and have good planning skills. Of course, you have a natural drive, is committed and focused.
