We are looking for someone who is prepared to take overall responsibility for our two small nursery schools in Sollentuna. We are looking for an experienced, wise, energetic and above all committed leader to drive and develop the business.

In recent years there Klax in Sweden and Sollentuna. We have the block with about 50 children and since the summer of 2010 also managed small with about 50 children. Personal commitment and holistic approach is characterized for a Klaxverksamhet and something we strive to achieve.

The curriculum is always our starting point and our reference through which we shape our business in line with Klax concept. We start from the five functional areas, which also appear on our premises. With the game as a method and children's curiosity and interests as a driver, we work in the areas of: Studio and creation, language, society and social development, mathematics and the universe, music and movement. We expect that you have many strings to your bow, not least, humor and self-distance, but also:

• Have a completed pre-school education and at least five years of work as a preschool teacher.
• Is a clear and inspiring leader with at least two years in a managerial capacity within the preschool.
• Is a role model regarding the values ​​and standards outlined in the curriculum.
• Have good knowledge of school law, curriculum and other relevant regulatory documents for pre-school and good orientation in other relevant legislation.
• Has the ability to express yourself orally and in writing.
• Is aware that people are our most important resource and must be managed and treated accordingly.
• Is curious about the new and want to continue learning.
• Have experience of change.

The service is for an indefinite period of 100%. We apply the collective agreement and have six months' probation. Recruitment is ongoing. We place great emphasis on skills and experience but also personal fitness.
