Region Service is Region Halland management for service to the County Council's core businesses. The staff provides services in the service areas of Engineering, Food, Cleaning, Janitor, Telecommunications, Logistics, Administration and IT. Region Service consists of approximately 500 employees with the aim of developing effective and efficient service with high quality. Current Administration will, after 10 successful years to retire after the summer.
Your task is to take over and continue to develop the business. A task that, among other things, that together with clients to evaluate and develop current activities are sometimes in competition with external suppliers. The integration of customers' activities, prioritizing core business and create new assignments for Region Service is part of this. A holistic approach and the best effect for tax dollars is important. Another important task will be to further expand the business relationship with surrounding regions and municipalities in the province of Halland.
We think you are a person with relevant theoretical training for the mission. You have solid experience from roles as a manager in the surrounding area. An experience where you been successful in management (employee satisfaction) and your creation of customer value and performance. You also have experience of working in corporate structure or policy-driven activities. We prefer candidates with experience in both private industry and the public sector. You are a development-oriented person with long-term perspective on your commitment and ability to lead and inspire others. You are humble, standing with both feet on the ground and see the interest and importance to meet all the people in a complex organization.
