Senior Sales Manager of Enterprise Business Unit

Jobdescription
As a Senior Sales Manager for this unit you’ll with your deep knowledge of Nordic and Baltic Big Enterprise Business Area (such as Broadcast and TV Company, Transport Company, Education, Banks, Government and relevant big Companies in the area) market trends customer’s needs. The Enterprise sales Director/ Manager will responsible for seek out the opportunities, build up the customer relationship platform and presenting our solution to our customer, providing business consulting services.
You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities in the Nordic and Baltic Enterprise area. Collect and analyze all marketing information.
• Build up the relationship platform and Enhance the focused customer relationships
• Manage and coordinate all activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote the full range of Huawei Solutions to defined customers.
• Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
• Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product.
• Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models and support product features.
• Create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall company strategy.
• Work with our solution team in creating value propositions in Network Solutions for our customers.
The position requires travel in the Nordic and Baltic area.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Degree(s) and equivalents in telecommunications, engineering or business;
• 5+ years experience in consulting or sales from leading telecom vendors, operators or relevant consulting companies,
• Profound understanding about big enterprise market needs in the Nordic and Baltic; 1st class knowledge of market trends, business model and services.
• Basic knowledge in technologies (Datacom, Transmission, WDM, Microwave, CPE / terminals, access network, IP network, and / or applications);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working and interfacing the customer at the CXO levels
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
For this position it’s important for you to have strong interpersonal skills and enthusiastic of working in a multi-cultural team. It’s also important for you to be both a good team player and self-driven.
Organization:
Based in Stockholm, the candidate will work in Huawei Nordic Enterprise Business Unit and report to our Sales Director.
