POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Territory Manager in the Southern California area who will be responsible for selling to and servicing rental and retail dealers in Southern California and Southern Nevada.

•Strategic approach to finding new business and deepening accounts
•The desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
•An enthusiastic and outgoing person with the ability to pro-actively establish relationships with new people
•A strong desire to continue to learn and grow

Essential Duties Include:
•Achieving monthly sales forecast by completing regular and effective distributor/dealer sales calls
•Make contacts to expand the customer base
•Work as a business partner with customers to get the product to the end user
•Recommend new products, applications, modification to existing products and deletions from particular product lines
•Attend and participate in Company Sales meetings, training programs, trade shows and any other event as required and do so in a professional and enthusiastic manner
•Conduct sales and equipment demonstration/training meetings for distributors/dealers and prospects on a regular and continuing basis
•Keep all paperwork current and up-to-date

Requirements:
•BS Degree preferred
•Strong communications skills
•Overnight travel up to 30% of the time
•Automobile travel 80% of the time
