Unit manager in social care

As unit manager, you are responsible for activities in the home care field, finance, human resources and working within your area of responsibility.
Leadership is about having vision, setting goals, creating commitment, flexibility and be a great problem solver.
Your responsibility will be to direct the activities of the area manager and, together with assistance officers, planning, managing and developing health care activities on content, focus, quality, and to supervise, support and encourage staff, etc.
Head of Unit, the total personnel and financial responsibility for their area.

Qualifications
- You should have appropriate education, social omsorgsprogrammet, social work program or other training and experience deemed equivalent.
- Experience of project management and quality management.
