Demand Planning Manager for assignment in Stockholm
ValueOne is looking for a Demand Planning Manager for a one year assignment at a medical company north of Stockholm. The assignment starts in May.
In the role as Demand Planning Manager you will lead the Demand Planning team with responsibility to continually improve service and inventory levels. You are responsible for delivering business plans, development of strategies, guidelines, KPI’s and set goals for the Demand Planning team as well as benchmarking Planning performance. The role also involves overall responsibility for departmental compliance to all company policies and work instructions.
Coordinate information and communication to and from primary stakeholders within identified key relationships.
Ensure strict compliance with all Financial, Quality & HSE regulations and ensure full audit readiness.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure coordination and alignment of all Supply Chain activities in the Nordic region.
Member of the Supply Chain Council.
Experience and competence
The candidate we are looking for must have a Master´s degree within logistics, economics or similar and a minimum of 6 years of experience working in supply chain, sales and/or a customer facing role. You have a previous excellent track record from a management position with clear ability to motivate and lead people and drive changes. Fluency, verbally and written, in English is a must. Swedish/Norwegian or Danish is an advantage. Furthermore, the role requires excellent project management skills as well as financial awareness and good numeracy skills.
You are a competent communicator, skilled in presentation and negotiation. You have a strong customer focus for both internal and external customers and you can develop close relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
