Global Digital Marketing Director
Husqvarna Construction seeks an experienced and driven Global Digital Marketing Director for 1-year contract, November 2019-December 2020, covering a parental leave. You will be a crucial part of our exciting journey towards an excellent customer experience online, where the implementation of a new Online Marketing Platform and e-commerce will be a major focus during 2020. You will be part of a dedicated global marketing team of fourteen people, whereof three people is within your team.
The desired candidate will collaborate closely with the team and internal stakeholders (marketing IT, sales etc) to implement the digital marketing strategy and roadmap, as well as driving and developing the customer experience strategy online. The candidate will address and resolve issues related to assessing how the sales, marketing and service entities work together with operations to deliver a seamless consistent customer experience at every touch point.

•Drive the strategic direction for the digital marketing activities, overseeing the implementation of the project roadmap as well as the digital touchpoint portfolio and channel performance
•Sponsor the development project and business readiness of a new online marketing platform, including content hub, e-com capabilities and marketing PIM.
•Develop and support the introduction of e-business presence in multiple channels
•Connect with internal stakeholders (sales, service offers), Group, IT (GIS and DSS) as well as external agencies and steer towards aligned customer experiences online
•Drive to change the way of working, towards a data and insights-driven approach
•Plan and execute the team deliverables and resources, to cross-support the product segments and multibrand strategy
•Oversee legal and security online, as well as relationships to external partners and suppliers
•Deep understanding of the digital eco-system

Education and experience:
•Minimum a bachelor university degree in business/marketing or equivalent.
•Minimum 8-10 years in digital marketing / digital commerce / IT
•Extensive experience creating successful customer experiences and concepts for B2B and online.
•Solid knowledge of the digital eco-system.
You will report to the Construction Divisions VP Marketing and the position is based in Jonsered outside Gothenburg.
