We are now looking for our next senior colleague to join our project management team. We are looking for a person with a drive to make changes, a peoples person and a senior star with a track record! Are you maybe our next change manager?

About us
The Project Management Office (PMO) aims to enable Husqvarna Group’s transformation journey by supporting and providing the business with resources, methodology, processes and tools to deliver high quality projects and governance, to add value to the group. We partner with our stakeholders by offering our expertise and knowledge within project management, portfolio management and organizational change management services. The PMO team within GIS (Global information services) is an international and diverse team, consisting of approximately 30 internal and external colleagues, of which 4 are working with Organizational Change Management, supporting projects directly, as well as owning and consulting on the Change Management processes and methodology within GIS.

Your role
In the role as an Organizational Change Manager, you will work as a change practitioner on large scale and strategic transformation projects in GIS and Husqvarna Group. Your impact and value for the Husqvarna Group will come by working alongside Project Managers to plan, manage and execute the people side of change alongside the technical solution. You will be working directly with Sponsors and Line Management to support employee adoption and usage.

As a member of the Change Management Team you will also have the opportunity to influence and drive the development of the Change Management function and ways of working within GIS and the company.

Your tasks

Husqvarna Group applies Prosci (ADKAR) 3-Phased Change Methodology in Projects and Programs. As an Organizational Change Manager in projects and initiatives you will be responsible for.

  • Preparing the Change Management approach and defining a Change Management strategy for projects. This includes defining success, defining impact and defining the approach. This includes stakeholder analysis, change risk assessment, defining adoption and usage, group impact assessments, sponsor activation and producing a change story for the project in question.

  • Manage the Change and deliver a Change Management plan. This includes planning, tracking and executing on a Change Management plan.

  • Sustain outcomes and deliver a Change Management closeout. This includes reviewing performance, activating sustainment and transferring ownership to the business

  • As an Organizational Change Manager in the PMO you will also be responsible for;
    - Develop  and promote Husqvarna Change Management Methodology based on PROSCI (ADKAR)
    - Support the development and curation of a change network (including Change Managers and Change Agents) across the Husqvarna Group
    - Drive and support the further build-up of GIS and Group Change Management capability, including process development and partnerships
    - Lead and support Change Management Trainings for GIS and the Group - Coach and guide junior change practitioners


  • Experience as an Organizational Change Manager

  • Experience in the disciplines of change management methodology, preferably PROSCI certified (ADKAR), stakeholder engagement, coaching, communications and sponsor activation

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  •  Facilitation skills in managing workshops and meetings *

  • Excellent English, oral and written

  • Proven ability to build, foster and contribute to a team-oriented collaborative environment

  • Experience in design and delivery of training programs, both face to face and using virtual environments.
