Senior Project Manager Digital Transformation

The Strategy & Business Intelligence department of Business Area (BA) Heat is now looking for the right person to fill the position of a
Senior Project Manager Digital Transformation
located in Berlin or Stockholm.
In this role, you will contribute to the accelerated growth of digital initiatives within BA Heat with your know-how in digital technologies and agile working methods. You will also build processes and practices that will allow us to scale to the next level of delivery quality.
You have the following key responsibilities and deliverables:
Actively support the development and implementation of the BA Heat digital transformation and Venture Building
Maintain and improve the BA Heat’s digital path and governance structure
Establish agile values and principles by promoting a culture of openness, team self-organization, continuous improvement and flexibility in adapting to new business requirements
Lead our business area colleagues to agile best practices and achievements in their respective roles and work closely with product owners and Scrum Masters. And be a potential product owner yourself.
Identify and remove obstacles, sharpen the team focus and ensure continuous improvement with the team
Build a collaborative, trusting and safe environment where open communication helps bring problems to the surface for faster resolution and where missteps are seen as learning opportunities
We are looking for someone who has a University degree in business engineering or business administration or similar. You have or are willing to develop passion for the energy business, and you are a strong believer in fossil free future. You have several years of professional experience and you can demonstrate experience in the field of digital transformation and agile working methods. You have gained valuable experience in working as project manager and in an international environment. Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written. German or Swedish language skills are a merit.
Professional / personal characteristics:
You have professional experience in scaling digitization and agile in a company organization or as a consultant
You are highly motivated to contribute to the agile and digital transformation of BA Heat
You are self-confident and you have a structured and independent way of working
You have initiative, courage and pragmatism to recognize and overcome obstacles
You are not afraid to deal with conflicts, you can solve them efficiently and thus actively contribute to a sustainable and team-oriented culture
You are a hands-on person and you enjoy your work while bringing a sense of humour and optimism
You are innovative and are driven by the creativity of others
You have very good communication skills and are able to convey a vision of what you want to achieve and why
You are open and informal in your interaction with stakeholders at all levels
